There are many ways to learn a language — read this if you're still exploring which approach works best for you.

LogosCat is an excellent workspace for people who read foreign texts as a hobby, enjoy reading authors in their original language, love listening and exploring texts, and for whom language is an important part of life.

This guide assumes you learn by reading and expanding your vocabulary, that you already have a basic understanding of the language, and that you want to improve by reading books and articles, listening, and memorizing new words. If that sounds like you, LogosCat is the perfect tool.

Steps to Get Started

  1. Install our browser plugin to copy texts from the web

  2. Add books (PDF or EPUB) to your library

  3. Set up your input and output languages

  4. Start translating (output in multiple languages)

  5. Try different text analysis options for hard parts — also see this free prompt analysis option - a way to resolve any doubts

  6. Listen to your texts, memorize by audio signaling

  7. Generate a story for your level with audio using AI

  8. Use Yesterday feature to review a word in previous contexts.

  9. Use hard words memorizing feature to focus.

  10. Always use Recap to significantly increase your productivity (on mobile too).

  11. Use Words Grabber - a special translation - to focus on some hard words

  12. Having trouble? Go to Settings → Report Issue

  13. Need to top up? Go to Settings → Balance
